Spring Charity Ride – Sunday 29th March 2026

By Bob Wall.

Horsham Cycling have taken the decision to replace the Club’s traditional Reliability Trials with rides to raise funds for charity.

On Sunday 29 March we will be riding to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. All donations to the charity will be voluntary.

The start and finish point will be the Horsham YMCA football ground car park (Goring’s Mead, off Brighton Road). The car park will be available from 8:15am and you’re more than welcome to leave vehicles there if you wish. The usual Sunday ride groups will head out with their own ride leads at the usual times.

Rides will return to the Horsham YMCA around 12:30pm, where riders (and guests) will get a chance to intermingle.

All are welcome to join from 11:00am, when the Clubhouse will be open. You don’t have to have ridden a Club ride. The event closes at 2pm.

Free tea and coffee will be available and we are sure that some of our fantastic bakers will be providing cakes and cookies. The YMCA’s licensed bar will also be available for the purchase of soft drinks or alcohol.

Club members are asked to sign up on Spond. Others wishing to join for this event are asked to notify the Club by email.
