Every October we are running our Hill Climb Social at Denbies Vineyard, which replaces our regular Club rides. The next Denbies Hill climb will be on
Sunday 4 October
Hill climbers group:
For those who want to take on the hill climb challenge, we meet at Carfax at 8.00 am and ride to Denbies. The hill climb starts at 10.00 am. Please contact Stewart if you want to participate. Route to follow.
Spectators group:
For those who enjoy a social day out and prefer to spectate rather then race up the hill. We meet at Carfax at 8.30 am and ride to Denbies together, enjoy the beautiful scenery and support the climbers. Route to follow.
Cake & Coffee time:
After the hill climb it’s time for cake and coffee at the Denbies cafe. Stewart will read the results and we will have our usual discussion.
Prices: glory on the day, and trophies for the fastest HC woman and man to be awarded during the AGM in November.
After the event we will re-organise into different speed groups to ride either via Boxhill or directly back to Horsham.
